What to do after having suffered a miscarriage?

My husband and I found out almost two weeks ago that were 5 weeks of pregnancy. We visited our families as we walked to the military dude. We told our families that were expecting. A week later, last Friday I went to emergency room because they ahd severe abdominal pain and bleeding. They told me I had an HCG level of 18 and I was having a miscarriage. Now back to reality and setting everythign in. I have received letters and gift boxes with baby clothes, maternity wear and baby books of those who first heard about it. I'm very angry with myself because my body rejected our baby. I do not know where to go from here.We want to start our family. Now we do not know when to start again, or when sex again, even. I have bleeding almost stopped. I think I am but stil in shock that I lost our baby. I forgot to mention that we have done to our family we have lost the baby and had a miscarriage.
