Wade is the owner and clinical director of Kinetic Research / Bader Prosthetics and Orthotics. He founded the company in 1992 with a vision that advanced composite materials would play a big role in the future of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Applying these advanced materials efficiently for O and P became the company's mission and resulted in the development of the Ultra-G braids and techniques. Today, with the use of ReadyPreg oven cured resin system, an even higher level of performance can be attained.

Wade is a board certified clinical practitioner specializing in lower extremity devices designed for ambulation.
